I have significant life and career experience as a teacher and Guidance Counsellor working with adolescents, and as an administrator and coach working with adults and teams. I am eager to meet you wherever you are along your life journey.
You are the expert on you! Working collaboratively with you, I integrate relational, EMDR and contemplative psychotherapeutic strategies, such as mindfulness, acceptance and compassion practices. I am guided by attachment and trauma theory to help you unlock the door to the origins of your suffering, while believing that healing takes place in the present.
