Individual Counselling for Adults. I take a collaborative approach with a holistic lens and utilize EMDR therapy where appropriate. I tend to be solution focused (which professionals/frontline workers I work with appreciate). Tools, strategies, & next steps are anticipated takeaways from our sessions; yet I will also hold space for releasing through words.
I create a safe space for all cultures including the queer community. I have a particular passion for supporting the healing journeys of Indigenous people. I am both culturally informed and experienced; educated in the ways of the Nehiyaw (Cree) people of Treaty 6 and 8; and I am personally committed to the Red Road. www.ckps.ca
