I have training in loss and grief, exposure and response prevention (ERP), perinatal mood disorders; and my style lends itself to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, existential therapy, boundaries, relational therapy, family of origin, and family systems work.

I believe that people can rewire their nervous systems through self-discovery, an unravelling of the self, and growing awareness of the self and others.
