I practice from an integrative and trauma-informed framework. I support folks in making sense of and holding big emotions, reconnecting with parts of themselves, and moving towards meaning and authenticity within their lives. My practice welcomes individuals of diverse gender identities, sexualities, relationship orientations, and cultural backgrounds.
