Becoming a new mother is a tremendous change, and one that can sometimes trigger old soul wounds and a need for healing. My approach is individualized, as each new mother experiences her pregnancy, birth, and postpartum time in a unique way.
I comfortably work with many different modalities, and offer my services from a client-centred perspective. That means that YOU are the expert of your own life, and we will work collaboratively to meet the goals you want to achieve. In addition to talk therapy, I offer clinical hypnosis sessions and EMDR.
I work with individuals from a wide range of demographics and life situations; however, my central focus is working with new mothers and mothers-to-be. With a midwife or doctor's referral, I offer home-visits for women who are on bedrest or in their first three months postpartum.

Over a period of four weeks, learn effective tools and strategies to cope with anxiety and depression during your pregnancy. In a supportive environment, gain the skills (and practice them!) in order to feel mentally well and prepared for your upcoming birth. Cost is $300 total for four weeks.
