The first step is the hardest, Im here to walk with you (and your family), though issues regarding trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, BI-Polar, addiction, anger, grief, family issues and . Therapy is a journey of hope, learning, change and being grounded in the person you are, and are becoming. At times the journey requires an experienced compassionate, caring guide. My goal is to create a safe and secure place, to explore struggles and opportunities for growth. Most of all I want my clients to know that they are safe and never have to walk alone. "The first step is the hardest"

I offer individual, family or couples counselling for trauma, ADHD, OCD, addiction, anxiety, stress, depression, or grief online, in person with office space in Oshawa, and Huntsville or on site during crisis management. I also offer walk and talk therapy, which involves walking in a scenic location while facilitating an engaged counselling experience.

I am married with two children: 1 boy and one girl with special needs. My daughter brings opportunities to see the world through her eyes, providing constant grounding. Many years as a mental health and safety professional has given me great opportunities, to walk with people, from diverse backgrounds, and their families through difficult situations.
