Do you feel burdened by relational difficulties, anxiety, depression or traumatic past events? Are you seeking a safe space to process your thoughts and feelings about life’s challenges? We are not meant to walk alone. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. It would be an honour to journey with you through life’s difficulties and help you find healing and change. I use an attachment-based, experiential, holistic approach to create the ideal treatment plan for your unique needs.
Emotion can be fast and overwhelming. To slow the process down, I use Emotionally Focused Couples & Individual Therapy, integrated with other modalities as we work together to repair the pain and hurt from the inside out. When dealing with traumatic memories stuck in the body, I use EMDR to access and process them and bring them to an adaptive resolution.
