Life is hard! I specialize in managing anxiety, stress, and depression. Avoiding these can lead to arguments, regret or using substances to cope. I get the daily challenges of working, adulting, parenting and trying to maintain your health, I have been there! Getting therapy before things blow up can minimize your problems and prevent future ones. I use kindness, empathy, humor and sometimes even sarcasm (if you let me) to help you see all the crap in the way. I have 26 years experience with first responders and veterans and am a trained Wounded Warriors of Canada Service Provider - these jobs can hijack your life and your family.

I use a non-judgmental yet direct approach. We will work together to identify your strengths (even if you can't see it yourself!) and overcome barriers. I have extensive experience with addiction, relationship conflict and people struggling to manage their emotions. I also work with teenagers and youth to build life skills and emotions management.

Who do I work with? People in conflict, with out of control emotions, using substances or other distractions to cope and essentially YOU! I can act as your GPS to put you in the driver's seat again so you can feel in control of your life and start feeling better, more like yourself again.
