Just existing in today's world can feel overwhelming on top of whatever unique challenges you may be facing. While it might be tempting to downplay your challenges as insignificant or "not that bad", everyone deserves a space to be seen and understood. As a therapist, my job is not to analyze, diagnose, or pathologize you. Instead, I approach our sessions with genuine curiosity, aiming to help you connect with your inherent ability to heal and thrive.
My approach to therapy is feminist and anti-oppressive, and draws from narrative, psychodynamic, and attachment-based therapies. As a queer therapist, I often work with the LGBTQ2S+ community, supporting those navigating sexual and gender identity. I also have experience working with couples and individuals navigating polyamory and consensual nonmonogamy.
The most important part of therapy is that you feel comfortable and safe with your therapist! To see if I might be the right person to support you, book a free consultation through this profile or my webpage.
