My favourite thing about being a therapist is discovering lightbulb moments. I provide insight therapy by uncovering root issues & connecting-the-dots. Let's address attachment styles, core identity, black & white thinking, limiting beliefs, and boundaries. My career started in the hospital supporting patients going through life-changing illness and cancer.
