In our journey together, I offer new ways of looking at your situation while acknowledging your lived experience and where you are in your walk. Together, we will create strategies that will draw upon your strengths in order to work towards your your fullest potential.
My approach is to compassionately and without judgment walk alongside you, while accessing and highlighting your innate strengths and values in hopes of offering a bridge to mental wellness and balance. I approach clients with openness, warmth, and acknowledgement, while focussing and working towards your sustainable and fulfilling goals.
It would be an absolute honour and privilege to work alongside you on this journey. I draw upon more than 10 years as a registered nurse in various areas from acute to pediatric to palliative care.
