Over time, experiences are written into our minds and bodies, and can keep us feeling stuck in patterns of thinking, behaving, and relating that no longer serve us. I work with adults 25+ experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, emotional dysregulation & more. I provide unconditional support, honest feedback, and gentle guidance to help you process your experiences, develop insights, and create lasting change.

My work is integrative, client-centred and trauma-informed. Depending on your goals, needs, and comfort levels I integrate tools from psychodynamic, somatic, and creative arts therapies. My approach is de-pathologizing, honours you as the expert of your experience, and holds space for the impact of systemic factors on wellbeing.
