English
| Français Welcome adults and older teens who struggle to feel good enough. Do you feel disconnected from your authentic self, and like you need to please everyone else? Do you feel stuck in certain patterns of thinking or being? In an overwhelming and performance-driven world, our human needs for connection, authenticity and rest are too often sacrificed. I invite you to engage in a therapeutic process that will center your humanity, and that will reconnect you to your emotions and your inherent wisdom. By listening to all the ways your body speaks to you, you can find the answers you seek. Every part of you is welcome and honoured here.
I am a Creative Arts Therapist and a Counsellor. My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed and intersectional. Together, we will explore your inner world using a variety of creative and verbal tools depending on your needs. On our exploration journey, you are the driver and I am the guide, providing unconditional support, feedback and gentle guidance.
I wish to extend my deepest congratulations to you for being here, looking for support, healing, or change. Humans are social and resilient beings. There is nothing more natural than looking to one another for connection, community, and growth. Figuring out life is challenging, and you don't have to do it alone.
