My name is Mallory & I am a change-oriented therapist who focuses on how you can do different to feel different. Cultivating change requires understanding the function of why you have learned to cope in the way that you have, in order to build new patterns moving forward. With me, you play an active role in the therapeutic process & will be challenged to change the way that you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.
My expertise is in the treatment of impulse-related concerns, like disordered eating & emotion dysregulation, as well as navigating life's transitions and momentum shifts. I obtained my PhD (Clinical Psychology) from McGill University & am a registered psychologist in both Quebec & Alberta. I offer individual therapy & clinical supervision.
