As a therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression and relational issues, I mainly use somatic therapy, accompanied by emotion-focused therapy, family systems and existential therapy. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and spiritualities/religions, including the Queer and BIPOC communities, with cultural sensitivity and respect.
