We wish life's trials didn't exist: illness, job loss, the loss of a loved one or a pet, moving house, separation, etc. Unfortunately, this is impossible to avoid. However, we can learn to work through them and develop more positive therapeutic tools to manage the emotional pain caused by the incomprehensible.
I am deeply rooted in the Existentialist Humanist approach, which will allow me to accompany you with an empathy adjusted to your experience. I also developed skills with Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Experiential and Relationship Therapy. Logotherapy is present in my accompaniment.
