English
| Français Welcome to the ADHD, Autistic, Hypersensitive, and/or Gifted adults who are beginning on their self-discovery journey. Come find a space to put down the masks and feel accepted as you are, including all your diverse social locations and communities. Make peace with your inner child, and grieve the past so you can overflow with love, energy, and creativity. Maybe you feel your throat close when you try to speak and are looking for ways to use stories, characters, movement and art to communicate. Or your head feels like static and you seek clarity and outside perspective that takes into consideration the systems in which we live.
My focus is not to fix you, but to help you see, understand, and honour your pain, loneliness, truth, and love. These sessions use movement, activities and games, story making, movement, myth and fairy tales, characters and art-making to keep sessions exciting and connect to new perspectives . Couples, polycules, and parent-child dyads are welcome.
When creating our dreams and hopes through art, we are literally bringing them into the world. Through art-making, playfulness, and ritual let us softly honor your child self and grieve your stories of trauma and violence. BDSM-friendly, Kink-friendly, Poly-friendly, Trans-allied, Enby-allied, Indigenous-allied. No art or drama experience necessary.
