Welcome to Soul Care Christian Counselling, where our team is deeply committed to serving marginalized and racialized populations through community organizing and capacity building. Working from a community development, advocacy, and therapeutic approach, we aim to provide an Afrocentric and faith-based perspective. As a team, we are on a radical journey to decolonize spaces of healing for Black bodies.
Our specialities focus on: Trauma-informed therapy through individual and group counselling. racial Identity, depression and anxiety support , abuse, managing life transitions, stress management, Identity development, relationship counselling and tools to leverage body and self care.
With the application of a solution-focused, strengths-based, and trauma-informed lens, our hope is that during our time together new seeds will be planted and change will begin to take place. How will this change be identified? Through planting seeds of hope and radical transformation, knowing that there is life after trauma.
