Welcome to Pieces to Peace, a therapy practice that aims to transform the mental health and well-being of Black women and girls. As the primary practitioner, I help high achieving Black women and femmes dissatisfied with their lives, move past self-sacrificing, generational survival habits to discover what a life of peace means for them. Through this therapeutic relationship, we focus primarily on self-discovery, childhood processing, life transitions, and building healthier relationships.
I value healing as a journey rather than a state of being, with all the sorrow, frustration, joy, and love that comes in creating a thriving life. I hold space for discovering and rediscovering who you are and can be. My belief is that life is too short yet also too long to allow your yesterday to be your today, and your today to be your tomorrow.
This is for all the Black women who struggle to find peace in this life. Whether it be from past hurt or present day struggles, together we will find and put together these pieces of discovery, openness and freedom, to welcome, instill and protect your own peace.
