Hi, I am Tanya Randell, a Certified Canadian Counsellor. Taking the first step to counselling can be very difficult. Trying to navigate through unexpected events, emotions, and internal conflict can leave you feeling overwhelmed, lost, and hopeless. My goal is to provide that support to help you understand your emotions and find solutions for coping to allow you to live a more comfortable, manageable life.
I believe the start of successful therapy is with a collaborative relationship between the therapist and client. While offering a compassionate and empathetic approach, I allow the client to share their story and challenges whereas we will work together to reach the best effective solution in a time efficient manner.
I offer a confidential, non-judgmental space for clients to openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and hardships. I offer a space where the client will feel heard and most importantly, supported.
