As a wellness practitioner of 10 yrs, immigrant, parent, person of color, I know how hard it is to navigate life's challenges alone. As EFT trained couples therapist and certified trauma specialist, I help my clients build safe and healthy relationships and heal from traumatic life experience. I support in processing trauma, setting boundaries, understanding patterns/emotions and dealing with anxiety/ depression. I have lived struggles and clinical training to deal with C-ptsd/ADHD/OCD, family conflict and parenting.
I understand South Asian Culture, family conflict and work from anti-oppressive, feminist lens. I support clients with loss/grief, relationship issues and painful life experiences using research based modalties like EMDR, EFT, CBT, IFS, DBT, Somatic, Mindfulness and integrative modalities. Education & training to work with COUPLES, Grief and loss, TRAUMA.

Groups
Understanding ADHD and skills to navigate it
Workshop includes some of these areas: Destigmatizing neurodiverse brain, including what it is, how it is diagnosed, and how it differs from ADHD in children. We delve into the specific challenges that folx with ADHD face, such as difficulty with executive functioning, time management, and impulsivity and we work with strategies for managing such as setting goals, breaking tasks down into smaller steps, and using reminders and alarms. In this interactive workshop, you learn coping skills, tips for handling challenges and finding support and enhancing your strengths.
