I provide compassionate care in both an office setting and video conferencing. I believe the best approach is to listen first and then work with clients in a collaborative arrangement according to their self defined needs and goals. This can include medications, supplements, and nutrition as well as practices such as exercise and meditation. I have traveled extensively and understand the uniqueness of our individual and collective backgrounds.
I prescribe medication and perform diagnostic evaluations. As a former midwife I continue to work with women in mental health including pregnancy, PMDD and menopause. I am interested in helping health care providers whose mental health is suffering due to their work during the Covid pandemic. I have over 14 years experience in college health.
