It is a joy and honor for me to meet with people wherever they are on their journey in life towards healing. Working from the belief that healing begins and is nurtured in the context of safe and healthy relationships, I seek to hold a safe space for people to be authentic about their struggles and then collaborate with clients to work through their issues. I believe that people are created as physical, spiritual, and emotional beings and I seek to connect all aspects of a person’s life in order to help them move towards the holistic healing and wellness they desire.
I believe that healing happens in safe relationships, and I also acknowledge that brokenness oftentimes comes through relationships that are closest, drawing from earliest attachments in life. I seek to create a space for clients to discover ways to make meaning out of the chaos in life and empower them to create the kind of life they desire to step into.
Life can be hard, confusing, and disappointing and it can also be incredibly difficult to be honest about how you're struggling.
