The nature of healing and making sense of life looks different for everyone, so I adapt my approach to you. I focus on the root of discomfort, exploring past wounds and relationship dynamics. I also use behavioral approaches and trauma-informed techniques to increase mind-body connections. The journey is up to you, I will meet you there.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent 13 years in the high-stress industry of entertainment. I know what it’s like to muscle through pain and feel disillusioned.
