I believe that strong relationships are the key to a fulfilling life. I specialize in working with those who want to heal from, improve, or build relationships. I have an integrative approach that’s rooted in psychodynamic theory and inspired by Jungian concepts, neuroscience, and mindfulness practices. Together we will explore how past hurts may be impacting you in the present and release difficult emotions with gentle compassion.
