I provide an eclectic compilation of what works best for each client. With 16+ years of experience in the field, I’ve worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, anger, self-improvement, co-parenting, couples counseling, working through major life stressors, trauma, and helping them find a new path.
At Pittsburgh Psychotherapy Assoc., I offer individual, family, and couples counseling for people over the age of 14. I support clients in reaching their goals of emotional understanding, communication improvement, increase self-esteem, healing past traumas/losses, understanding how their overall health is impacted by their MH, healthy relationships, & more.
