I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in helping individuals and families struggling with addiction, grieving families of seniors with dementia, and couples at all stages of the relationship. I primarily use EMDR to treat adverse life events and trauma and The Gottman Method to treat discord within a relationship.
