The people I work with want to change the way they are feeling and relating to others. They struggle to cope with triggers, emotions or experiences day to day, and tend to judge themselves for this and its impact on their lives. Whether acute or chronic trauma, relationship issues or emotional challenges, I work with clients to process physical, emotional and mental symptoms that cause them to feel stuck, isolated and unworthy of healthy connections. Building on your strengths, we will work together towards an outcome of added joy, aliveness and connection to self and others.
My specialties will allow you to build skills to regulate your body and emotions so you can live the life you want regardless of the past. This includes evidenced based mind/body healing modalities such as EMDR, Somatic Processing, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Polyvagal Theory. I specialize in both adolescents and adults.
