‘I’m broken.’ Life and society tell us this, whether from neurodivergence, religious injury, attachment wounds, chronic pain, or struggling with parenting. Feeling inadequate can lead to isolation, depression, anxiety, and dread that there's too much wrong to fix. It feels true. Yet, my clients are capable, creative, loving, intelligent, and motivated. We’re all failing and excelling at once, making it overwhelming to know how to move forward. Counseling offers the space and time to slow down, find direction, and live meaningfully amidst the chaos.
I don’t see brokenness in my clients. I see resilience, courage, fear, and pain. My role as a therapist is to create space and offer direction to help you move toward the life you want. With extensive experience, I support clients with ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, substance use disorders, religious trauma, and parenting challenges

Fully licensed clinicians only at this time. Each participant is responsible for knowing and following their licensing guidelines and restrictions. Participants will be screened for fit, and issues will be addressed directly before excluding participants. Cost: $0.
