I see both adolescents and adults, in person or via telehealth, with complex mental health and substance use challenges. As someone in recovery myself, I understand how heavy addiction can feel. Sometimes we just need someone to sit in the pit with us while we gather the strength to climb out. In my spare time, I collect comic books, spend time with my husband and attempt to educate our two dogs on the importance of boundaries.
