Hi, I'm Amanda and I'm so glad you're here! For whatever season of life you're currently in, I'm here to offer care with empathy and compassion. As a licensed therapist and board certified health coach, I have over 15 years of experience supporting teen and adult clients in the mental health and wellness space. Outside of work, I enjoy comic books, swimming, surfing, spending time in nature with my Goldendoodle, Ziggy Stardust, and watching the Great British Baking Show with my partner.
I use strength-based approaches and nervous system awareness. Holding a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space is at the core of the work I do. In our work together you'll see me pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
