Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just wondering, 'Why is adulting so hard?!'—you’re in the right place. I promise therapy isn’t as scary as it sounds, and you don’t have to have it all figured out. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS Level 2, through this work, you'll gain a greater understanding of yourself, including how past wounds and experiences may be keeping you feeling stuck. Together, we will not only uncover these parts of you but also take compassionate steps towards healing and growth.

This group will cover the following: 1) what self-care is; 2) how to set healthy boundaries, 3) ways to check in with your inner emotions; 4) ways to trust yourself and let go of what may be holding you back from being "unapologetically" you.
