I am a PA licensed therapist and career counselor. I work with individuals ages 16 and older with a background in working as a college career counselor. I provide support for anxiety, depression, work-life balance, coping with negative thoughts, boundary setting, self-confidence, life transitions, and drug and alcohol use or addiction concerns. I believe in the importance of setting goals throughout the therapeutic journey as accountability and personal responsibility.
