Accepting new clients! I provide support for teens, young adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem difficulties, negative thoughts, conflict, and relational concerns. Together, my clients and I work collaboratively to improve their self-esteem, reduce anxiety and depression symptoms, and improve their relationships with themselves and others.
With warmth, humor, and authenticity, I create a supportive environment where my clients can explore their feelings, identify negative patterns, and work towards meaningful change. I believe in the power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship and support my clients in developing healthier ways of thinking and relating to others.
Being a teenage or young adult can be rough! I would be honored to help guide you through this time in your life. If you're ready to start on your journey towards healing and growth, I am here to guide you every step of the way, working together to uncover your strengths and create a more fulfilling and authentic life.
