The work I do with clients is person centered, motivationally driven, and tailored to meet the needs of each person no matter where they are on their therapeutic journey. I am happy to work with clients seeking help for marriage/relationship issues, parenting concerns, adjustment and transition difficulties, depression, anxiety and trauma. I welcome clients of all ages from childhood to adulthood, and believe that all people are capable of emotional wellness when given the right tools for them!
