I work with individuals, couples, & families of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs. I have training and experience working with those hoping to find relief from anxiety and depression, unresolved traumatic experiences/PTSD, women's mental health, postpartum mood disorders, grief, parenting concerns, life adjustment and transitions, and general stress.

I would be honored to work with you to find courage, strength, and peace as you find new ways to manage life’s challenges. I believe in a strength-based approach to therapy where your struggles and goals are addressed in the safety of the therapeutic space.
