Some days it can feel like you're hopelessly trapped in an endless loop of struggle with no way out. When something bad happens humans cope in funny ways. You're doing things you KNOW aren't working but you also don't know what's better. The judgement that comes with revealing this to anyone hardly seems worth the risk of another rejection. At the same time, you'll always be stuck if you don't risk that. So how are you supposed to find the way out?
