Some days it can feel like you're hopelessly trapped in an endless loop of struggle with no way out. When something bad happens humans cope in funny ways. Be it substances, relationships, media, sex, whatever makes the pain dull. You're stuck with yourself so what are you supposed to do when you've been turned against yourself? You're doing things you KNOW aren't working but you also don't know what's better. The judgement that comes with revealing this to anyone hardly seems worth the risk of another rejection. At the same time, you'll always be stuck if you don't risk that. So how are you supposed to find the way out?
Consider that you've finally felt enough pain that you risk it: You've gone to therapy and found a space to process it all. Things are improving. You're moving out of your addictions and coping better. You're no longer stuck and you're actively creating the life you've wanted after the trauma. This happens every day- and you can be one of these people.
If you're ready to work I'm ready to work with you. I aim to create the nonjudgemental, open, space for active healing that you're looking for. You and I can work as a team to find the door and get you out of this loop you're in. Through talk therapy, skill building, and knowledgeable guidance, I can help you learn what's missing and find what comes next.
