Money Emotions - Process Group
We all have conscious & unconscious thoughts, feelings, & beliefs about money that influence our financial health. If thinking about or discussing money leads you to feel anxious, embarrassed, frustrated, confused, hopeless, jealous, or overwhelmed, this group is for you. This is an 8-week virtual therapy group with weekly meetings beginning 01/24/2024. Each session, we will spend time discussing things as a group & completing exercises & worksheets individually. As a process group, the focus is on creating a kind, non-judgmental space for you to explore your relationship with money & grow alongside others.
