As a therapist, I practice through a Humanistic Psychology, Feminist Theory, & Relational-Cultural Therapy lens. My work is trauma-informed and incorporates anti-oppression, which means I holistic & contextual approach in exploring issues such as depression, anxiety, relationships, & stress management.
As a Desi American, I understand the intergenerational tensions immigrants & their children may experience as they navigate their identities & relationships.
