After all the painful things you’ve been through, you may wonder if you'll ever be able to feel happy and at peace. I believe it is possible, and I'm here to help you. I received my doctorate from the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium, and have devoted my career to helping people heal from stress and trauma.

Throughout our work together, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, learn how to feel more grounded, embody your most authentic self, and feel safe in loving relationships. You’ll find increased freedom to move about the world with ease and confidence. In therapy, we will help you rediscover who you are.
We'll move through the healing process at a pace that feels safe, comfortable, and respectful to you. We'll only talk about what you feel ready to discuss, and your boundaries and limits will always be honored.
