Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. If you’re in a relationship that feels distant and cold where it once felt close and warm, you’re in the right place. If you can’t stop getting in the same old fight over and over again, you’re in the right place. If you’re constantly worried or feeling down and lost, you’re in the right place. I specialize in treating couples in distress and individuals dealing with anxiety and depression. I know it’s tough to look inside and examine vulnerable places; my mission is to create a warm and welcoming environment so I can guide you through effective treatments in a safe, approachable way.
I primarily use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe the work you put into therapy should be based on what’s shown to work and I love being able to offer these proven treatments to my clients. I could talk all day about this work, so I’m always happy to share more during our call.
