I am a writer and former educator, and I use a creative, empathetic approach to find the treatment plan that works best for you.
I will partner with you to approach your mental health through a holistic lens. My counseling style is a Person-Centered, Strengths-Based approach that utilizes interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Expressive Arts Therapy.
