Mekayla uses a multi-modal approach that tends to encompass Person-Centered Therapy along with Existential Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and other influences tailored to each individual client’s needs. She is trained to help people from a variety of diverse backgrounds. Her focus is on the client’s overall wellness and giving them the tools they need to live their best quality of life.
Mekayla believes that at times therapy can be tough work requiring patience and dedication, but she also finds as humans we are resilient creatures and there is always a place for humor and joy in our lives and the therapeutic experience is no different.
