One of my strengths is that I know how hard it can be to get started in therapy, so I always try to be sensitive and reassuring to my clients as we get to know each other. I am capable of reaching many different types of clients, but I most enjoy helping people who have been struggling for a long time and who cannot see a way out of their situation.
I have helped many people to climb out of the dark pit that they have been accustomed to so that they can see a more hopeful future, and I have walked the first steps of this new path with them as they arise to accomplish their dreams.
I know that taking the first step is often the hardest, but I encourage you to gather your courage and have some hope that things can get better in your life if you are willing to work for it.
