I am here to walk alongside you as you scrape off and explore the layers in your life and learn to paint a clearer picture. You are the narrator of your own story. Every person has the ability to learn tools to adapt to the crazy changes in this world.
I utilize an eclectic approach in both traditional talk and art therapies to meet clients where they are at in their journey. I combine elements of CBT, mindfulness, spirituality, existential, and Jungian approaches but am ultimately a humanistic, client-centered clinician. I currently work with individuals 14 and over.
I am a trained art therapist and I utilize art therapy and empathetic understanding within the therapeutic process to meet you where you are at and help you get where you want to go. I believe in the art of healing.
