We believe in the power of mind-body connection and incorporate wellness components in our practice. We are an evidence-based practice, working from theoretical approaches of EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered, Integrated Pain Management, Internal Family Systems and Attachment-focused Therapy.
The therapists at BLC are all PA-licensed. We work with diverse populations from individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance use, and those that have experienced trauma. In additional to quality behavioral health care, we also offer Mind-Body Coaching, Massage Therapy and Certified Health Coaching to help you navigate your wellness journey.

Groups
Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents
Inspired by the book, Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents by Dr. Lindsay Gibson, this is a therapeutic group for adults. An emotionally immature parent is one who could be present physically, but unable to provide nurturing and validation children need. Qualities of these parents include: tendency to be rigid, resistant to repairing relationships, lack respect for differences and their self esteem depends on child's compliance. The group will explore how these patterns can maladaptively interfere with life today, and how to heal from distant, rejecting or self-involved parents. Group will start in-person on 9/27/23.

Teens dealing with anxiety, depression, low-self esteem, social anxiety and more.Ages 14-17. Starting June 29, 2023, Every Thursday 5-6pm, in-person at our Lancaster, PA office. Group is run by Kristina Jeanty, LSW.
