Therapy For Therapists: An 8 Week Support Group
This group is a virtual support group for mental health professionals designed to hold space exclusively for mental health providers. This group is open to people at all stages of their career, including students completing their internships. The support group seeks to enhance emotional resilience, foster therapeutic clarity, and alleviate feelings of isolation and burnout through the support of other mental health providers in the field. This group provides a unique opportunity to engage in reflective practice, share our experiences, and collectively process the emotional toll of our work—both within the therapy room and beyond.
