Accepting new clients! Let’s get real- we all need help sometimes. At any age, trying to make sense of the world can feel overwhelming. Is Mercury in retrograde? Maybe. But it doesn’t change our ability to help ourselves. Together, let’s turn down the noise and regain control over what is really important to you. Therapy should be engaging. I work with clients to find ways to connect in a real way using games, music and art. Difficulty with communication? What about navigating all life's transitions? Together, we will create a safe space to navigate these challenging areas and to find the way to peace and purpose.
Therapy with me- I primarily use CBT, DBT and mindfulness models, while also drawing from other strategies in a holistic approach. What does this mean? We will build skills such as identifying emotions, improving our ability to clearly communicate, relationship building, organization, and developing self-confidence.
