Let's start each day trying our best. Working together, we can practice and support identifying your values, needs, and emotions, bringing peace to your life and those around you. You deserve to live your life to the fullest. My background encompasses working with people 13 and up, including veterinarians, first responders, professionals, immigrants, and people/folx exploring sexuality or gender. If you are struggling with intimacy, anxiety, or self-esteem, please call. My techniques include mindfulness, ACT, CBT, and a bit of DBT. Let's decrease any anxiety, find methods to manage everyday stress, and learn to be kind to ourselves.
When working with me, therapy interventions and modalities will include Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Somatic methods, among others. But most importantly, we will work together to find out what suits you best. I support members of the LGBTQ2A+ community to thrive in their lives.
Let's release anxiety and defuse from depressive thoughts while creating new patterns. Quality therapy starts with active listening and acceptance. Take a moment to recognize you deserve to live your best life - We will find your needs, wants, and values. If you wish, we can seek out methods ideal for you to decrease phone addiction.

Many clients I work with struggle with trauma, anxiety, lack of focus, and self-esteem, among other issues. Our first sessions will include building rapport and trust and identifying and exploring what you are experiencing, feeling, and your behavior. The both of us will then create an individual therapeutic plan for you to flourish.

Our goal when we first meet will be to build rapport, identify your needs and wants, and then find appropriate methods to improve your quality of life. I prefer CBT to determine how your thoughts affect your emotions and behavior. Following that, we will use ACT to identify thoughts and emotions that your mind latches on to, separating the helpful from the unhelpful while making conscious choices
