Primarily, I specialize in working with adult individuals struggling with Anxiety, Infertility and Reproductive Trauma, Relationship Issues, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I'm passionate about working with a diverse clientele of all backgrounds and I'm committed to promoting a safe, healing environment for each client. I strongly believe that everyone is capable of change, and with the right tools, we are all capable of creating a life that brings us joy and fulfillment.
In treatment, I utilize an integrative approach of evidence based practices that are individualized to meet each client's needs. Using compassion and unconditional acceptance, my goal is to be a collaborative guide in helping clients increase self-awareness and manage stressors.
